Fitroot Return & Exchange Policy
At Fitroot, we are committed to delivering clean, fresh, and functional products that align with your wellness journey. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below:
1. Product-Specific Return Windows & Conditions
Fat Fury (Shelf life: 2 months)
Eligible for return or replacement if reported on the same day of delivery with valid proof (photo/video evidence).
Green Aid & Red Beet (Shelf life: 24 hours – must be refrigerated)
Due to their perishable nature, these are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product arrives stale or spoiled. Issues must be reported within 6 hours of delivery with visual evidence.
Fit Breads (Shelf life: 2 days if refrigerated)
Returns/replacements accepted only on the day of delivery in case of staleness or spoilage. Must be stored properly and reported with photo proof.
Vita Chargers (Shelf life: 3 months)
Eligible for exchange if the seal is intact and issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Phulai Honey (Shelf life: Years)
Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days for any genuine product concern. Honey bottles must be sealed and unused.
2. Reporting Damaged or Stale Products
If your product arrives damaged, stale, or with a quality issue:
Report must be made the same day of delivery
Send a clear picture or video via WhatsApp or email to our customer service team
Our team will review the case and initiate a replacement or resolution accordingly
3. Order Fulfillment Errors
If the mistake is on Fitroot’s side (e.g., wrong item, missing product):
We will offer full compensation or replacement at no extra cost
Kindly report such issues within 24 hours of receiving the order
4. Customer-Initiated Replacements or Exchanges
Exchanges for reasons like change of mind, flavor preference, or quantity adjustments can be requested
Delivery charges must be borne by the buyer
Product must be:
Sealed and intact
Returned within 24 hours (for perishables) or 3 days (for non-perishables like honey or Vita Chargers)
5. Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds for consumed or opened products unless proven defective or incorrectly delivered. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.
6. Non-Eligible Scenarios
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Product not stored as per instructions (e.g., drinks or breads not refrigerated)
Delay in reporting issues beyond the allowed timeframe Product consumed or tampered with
Sale or discounted items
